- Returns must be initiated within 7 (seven) days of purchase.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
Process for Returns

- Return Authorization: Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) if your return is eligible.
- Packaging: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging along with the RA#.
- Shipping: Ship the product to the return address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Refund: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 4-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable products (e.g., bread, snacks items, batter) cannot be returned due to their nature.
- Customized or personalized products cannot be returned.
Refunds

Damaged or Defective Products

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
